Yarn and Feelings is a calming crochet workshop for women to unwind, reconnect, and create. Through simple, soothing projects like blankets or shawls, participants ease stress, find flow, and build something beautiful to take home, all in a mindful, supportive setting that nurtures wellness and self-expression.
